The options we offer are:
Small Group - 25 hours a week
5 Plus 1 Combination - 25 hours a week in the group and 5 alone with trainer
50:50 Combination - 12.5 hours in the group and 12.5 alone with trainer
Individual Training - 20, 25 or 30 hours a week alone with trainers.
